Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between body butter & lotion?

Lotion is 70-80% water, so it's cheap and evaporates fast, which means you often need to constantly reapply and has little to none healing properties.

Body butter is an intense, long-lasting hydration product. Its oils and butters form a nourishing protective layer that locks moisture in for hours. With consistent use it can improve your skins softness and flexibility.

What is Muyao Butter and how is it different than regular shea butter?

Muyao butter is a premium form of shea butter made from muyao shea nuts. Compared to traditional West African shea butter, muyao is naturally softer, smoother, and richer in oleic acid, giving it a silkier feel that absorbs more easily into the skin. Both deeply moisturize, but muyao is especially loved for its luxurious texture and effortless spreadability.
